Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a live overview of your onboarding pipeline and highlights where your attention is needed.
Stats
Three summary cards appear at the top:
Active onboardings — how many onboardings are currently in progress.
Completed this month — how many onboardings were marked complete in the current calendar month.
Awaiting action — how many onboardings need your review or have flagged issues.
Status breakdown
A chart shows how your onboardings are distributed across statuses: draft, sent, in progress, completed, cancelled, and expired. This helps you spot bottlenecks — for example, a large number stuck in "Sent" means clients are not opening their forms.
Attention list
The attention list surfaces onboardings that need your focus. Each item is flagged with one of three labels:
Flag | Meaning | Trigger |
|---|---|---|
Overdue | The onboarding is past its due date. | Due date has passed and status is not completed. |
At risk | The onboarding is due soon with low progress. | Due within 3 days and less than 80% of required fields are filled. |
Stale | The client has stopped responding. | No client activity for 5 or more days while the onboarding is still in progress. |
Click any item in the attention list to go directly to that onboarding's detail page.
Activity feed
Below the attention list, a timeline shows recent events across all your onboardings:
Client opened a form
Response submitted or resubmitted
Signature signed
Payment received
Onboarding completed
Reminder sent
The feed updates in real time as events happen.
Kanban view
From the Onboardings page, you can switch between list view and Kanban view. Kanban view displays onboardings as cards in status columns (draft, sent, in progress, completed). Drag cards between columns to change their status.
This is useful for teams managing many onboardings at once. You can see the full pipeline at a glance and quickly identify what needs to move forward.
